Let Moises hit
Stop taking your best hitter out of games, morons

The Cubs' offense has had some rough moments in the early going. Though they have gotten their act together as a group over the last week, a bunch of them (Michael Busch) are (Petecrow) still (Dansby) struggling (Alex Bregman) quite a bit.
Nico Hoerner won the prestigious National League Player of the Week award (Frank Schwindel won it twice) last week and his stats certainly warranted it (.346, two homers, 11 RBI, two steals), he wasn't even close to being the best Cubs' player last week, much less in all of the National League.
Moises Ballesteros slashed .600/.600/1.000 with a homer and four RBI. Six hundred. Seems good.
For the season, the rookie is slashing .364/.396/.591. He has struck out 10 times in 44 at bats, which is high for him, but it's also the lowest total on the Cubs of players who have at least that many at bats.
Well, maybe he's just getting lucky, you ask as you huff spray paint on the bus.

Well, sure, that seems good. Got anything else?

I will give the Cubs credit. They were smart enough to just hand their DH job over to a 22 year old. That's not a common thing.
But Moises isn't a common hitter. As a 19 year old he hit .300/.364/.463 in the Midwest League. As a 20 year old he slashed .299/.372/.495 in the double-A Southern League. Last year, at 21 he hit .316/.385/.473 at triple-A Iowa.
And then in 20 games late in the season for the Cubs he hit .298/.394/.474.
So what's the problem?
There isn't one.
There are two.
