The Cubs signed somebody? Really?
And...we found out what David Ross is up to these days.

It only took two months, but the Cubs have actually added a real player to their big league roster. Back when the free agent class was taking shape and there were two very prominent Japanese players at the top of everybody’s lists and we found out that there was a lesser, smaller, older guy, we should have known that’s the guy the Cubs would prioritize.
And what do you know? They did!
Lefthanded starter Shota Imanaga has reportedly signed with the Cubs. Nobody’s sure how long the contract is (hopefully Jed knows), but it’s believed to be for $15 million per year.
