If the Phillies are in, how close are the Cubs to a World Series?

The Phillies unlikely cruise through the playoffs to the World Series has given Cubs fans a lot of optimism that it could be them next year.

The Phillies won the pennant because they have stars on their team. They have two ace-level starting pitchers, an excellent catcher, a bunch of really good players (a couple of them were Cubs you might remember) and they have this guy.

The Cubs have pretty much none of that.
